Thank you for using DUB! While we strive to make our product as worry free as possible, we understand that in the world of technology (especially Mobile technology) things can and do happen! So if you have a problem, a question, or just want to know how DUB's many features work then you have come to the right place.

DUB's support resources are always here for you any time day or night. In the right sidebar of our Support home page you will find the following sections to help you solve problems, report issues, or just find out how DUB works!
Using Help Resources
Having problems? First check the Known Issues section and the Notices and Alerts alert box to the right before submitting a support request to see if we already know about the issue you are having-- often, the answer to your problem will already be there and can get you up and running far faster than submitting a support request. If you can't find what you're looking for, try using the search box as well.
If you are unable to locate the information you need or a solution to your problem, we encourage you to go ahead and submit a support ticket. Our team will respond to your issue as soon as possible (typically in only a few hours) but if it takes a little while to get a response, please be patient. If we are not able to answer your question in a timely manner we'll definitely reach out to keep you posted on our progress.
