Blackberry devices actually use 4 different communication protocols to send and receive data. Unlike requesting a web page or sending an email which are bursts of data, DUB requires a stable connection to the server which is sometimes difficult to establish, depending on the device or location.
Leave the DUB app
Go to the Blackberry main/home screen
Find and click on the "Manage Connections" icon
Turn off your Cellular signal
Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
Once you return to DUB, the issue should have resolved itself. There is a known issue with Blackberry's "Connection Manager" which causes certain data support to randomly stop working. A refresh like this typically gets things going again.
If this does not fix your issue, you can click the link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen to contact our Support Team. They will be happy to help you!
