How to Put a Different Email Address On Your Card

When you sign up for CircleBack, your account is created with the email address and mobile number you used.  However, you can add other email addresses and display them on your card instead.

This allows you to have one email on your card (perhaps a work address which sends many emails to spam) and have your CircleBack messages sent to another email (i.e. card change notifications, reset password emails, and anything else sent from CircleBack).

Step-by-Step:

First, add an email address to your CircleBack account by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.circleback.com and click Sign In (in the top right corner)
  2. Sign in using the email you used to sign up for CircleBack and your password (click Get A Password if you don't have one yet)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Under "Add Your Other Email Addresses", click "+Add"
  5. Type in your new email and click Save.
  6. A verification email will be sent to your new email, and you have to click the link in that email to verify the account. If you cannot get a verification email because of spam blockers, please send an email from your work email to support@circleback.com requesting to verify the address.

Second, take your original email off your card and put your new email instead by following these steps:

  1. Go to My Card when signed into www.circleback.com
  2. Click "(Edit)" (next to the words "My Card")
  3. Where it says "Email" choose your new email from the drop down list.
  4. Click Save
