If you know that the photo you want to add to your DUB card is stored on a media card, you just have to navigate to the corresponding folder in your media card from the explorer screen that pops up when you click Add Photo in DUB.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open DUB and go to My Card
  2. Click EDIT
  3. Click PROFILE
  4. Click "Add Photo"
  5. DUB opens up your "user" folder.  If your photo is on your media card, you will need to navigate up and out of that folder and find the media card folder.
  6. Click ... (the top line) to go up one folder level.  It should say "user".
  7. Click ... again to go up another folder level.  It should say "home" and "samples".
  8. Click ... again to go up one more level.  Here you should see "store" and a line with your media card.
  9. Click the media card line to open up the media card folder
  10. Navigate to the pictures folder on your media card folder and click on the photo you want
  11. DUB will take you back to the Profile screen.  Your new picture will load.
  12. Click DONE (at the bottom of the Profile screen)
  13. Click SAVE (at the bottom of the Edit screen).  It may take up to 30 seconds for your new photo to appear - you can click the Refresh button in the top left corner of the screen to force a refresh of the My Card screen.

If you are having trouble finding your photo in Step 10, look for a folder called "pictures" or something similar. You might have to click on a folder called "BlackBerry" and then click the pictures folder.
