Did you download DUB originally from m.dubmenow.com but are now upgrading DUB through App World? Or, are you seeing duplicate DUB apps on your device?

You may accidentally create duplicate DUB apps on your phone if you download it from two different places.  This is caused because App World likes to control its own files, so downloading an app from App World is different from downloading it from the internet.  

To get rid of or prevent duplicates, please follow these steps to delete the older version of DUB:

1. Go to "Options" on your BlackBerry device
2. Click "Advanced Options"
3. Click "Applications"
4. Scroll down to find the older version of DUB you downloaded from m.dubmenow.com (this will probably be DUB v2.5 or v2.6, but not the new v2.7)
5. Select the older DUB version and click the menu key
6. Click "Delete"
7. Your phone will have to restart

By doing this, you will delete the m.dubmenow.com version of DUB.  However, you shouldn't delete DUB this way if you downloaded it through App World.  You will be able to upgrade to v2.7 directly through App World without problems.
