It says DUB isn't available for my BlackBerry Tour - why can't I download it?

Some BlackBerry Tour users are finding that AppWorld says DUB is not available for them even though DUB is supported on their device.
Why is this happening?
This is caused by a glitch in AppWorld which causes it to think the Tour is a European phone (and therefore think DUB is not available). Sometimes this causes prices to appear in Euros on AppWorld as well.
How do I fix it?
To fix this AppWorld glitch, simply follow these steps:
- Remove the battery from your BlackBerry
- Remove the SIM card as well
- Replace the SIM card and batter
- Turn the phone back on
