If you are getting an unrecognizable file format when you download DUB or if you just plain don't see a link to download DUB when going to m.dubmenow.com on your mobile device, it could be because you are using a third party browser on your device (i.e. Opera or IE mode).
Our m.dubmenow.com site provides different links to download DUB based on what kind of mobile device is accessing it. However, the website will sometimes misread the device type if a third party web browser or emulation mode is being used. Then, it might either direct the user to download the wrong type of file (i.e. BlackBerry users might be given a non-BlackBerry format file) or it just won't display a link at all (if it thinks the device is not supported by DUB).
In order to download the correct version of DUB you should use the native browser to your mobile device and you should disable any emulation modes.
Be sure to be using the native BlackBerry browser to download DUB off m.dubmenow.com. If you are already using the native browser, please follow these steps to check and correct your settings:
After downloading DUB, you can change back to whatever browser you started with.
As long as you are using Safari you should see the link to iPhone Apps at m.dubmenow.com.
If this does not fix your issue, you can click the link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen to contact our Support Team. They will be happy to help you!
