The concept behind groups is that they can be created to connect DUB users for any event or affiliation.
The creator of the group specifies a group name and a DUB ID (think of it as a shortcut, or nickname) and then gives the DUB ID to all the people they want to be in the group. Then, DUB users join a group using the group DUB ID. Once joined, all members of the group can see the names of all other members in the group. There is no automatic exchange of cards, but instead Groups allow you to go through a list of group members and send your card quickly to the person(s) in the group you want to connect with.

Now, anyone that joined the group will see everyone else in the group and can exchange cards with them.
