If you've forgotten your DUB password, don't worry!  It's easy to reset it.  You can reset it either on your phone or on your computer.

Just be sure to add noreplies@dubmessages to your address book so the DUB emails don't get flagged as spam!

Step-by-Step:

On the web:

1. Go to www.dubmenow.com
2. Click on SIGN IN in the top right corner
3. Click FORGOT PASSWORD?
4. Enter your email address, being sure to enter the same address you used to open your DUB account.
5. A form with the title Create or Reset Password should now appear.  Leave this window open.
6. In another window or tab, navigate to your email and open the one from DUB.
7. Copy the code that appears in the email
8. Paste the code into the field called "Reset Password Code" 
9. Enter and confirm your new password and click RESET PASSWORD.

Your password has been reset and you should be able to sign in using it!

On your mobile device:

1. Open the DUB app and click ALREADY HAVE A CARD?
2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD?
3. Enter your email address, being sure to enter the same address you used to open your DUB account.
4. Don't navigate away from that screen within DUB (but you can close/background DUB) 
5. Go to your email either on your phone or on your computer and open the email from DUB.   There should be a code in the email.  
6. Open DUB again. It should open onto that same screen you left it on. Enter the code from the email and then type in your new password.
7. Click RESET PASSWORD.

Your password has been reset and you should be able to sign in using it!
