This is a common misunderstanding. The "Contacts" area of DUB only shows contacts you have exchanged or "connected" with using DUB.
DUB will automatically update your phone's native address book with all of your DUB connection's contact information.
A little more information about DUB and your phone's contacts:
The first time you load DUB and navigate to the "Contacts" area you should be prompted to index your phone's address book. When you execute the index, DUB catalogs all your phone's contacts so that as time goes by and you send and receive cards using our product DUB won't accidentally create duplicate contacts in your phone's address book.
For example, if you have an entry for "Steve Albright" in your phone and then later Steve sends you his card using DUB, instead of creating another "Steve Albright" in your phone book DUB will ask you if you want to merge with the existing record.
If this does not fix your issue, you can click the link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen to contact our Support Team. They will be happy to help you!
