Introduction:

The MY CARD screen in CircleBack shows what your card will look like to others and allows you to specify what information about yourself you would like to share.  You can make your card have as little or as much information on it as you like.  Some examples of the information you can edit are:

  • First and Last Name
  • Title and Company
  • Address
  • Phone Numbers
  • Instant messenger screen names
  • Social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, personal websites)

Any time you make and save changes to your card those changes are automatically sent to all of your CircleBack contacts, ensuring they always have your latest information.

To edit the information in your card, please see the instructions below.

Step-by-Step:

On a Mobile Device

  1. Click the MY CARD button on the far right of the main navigation bar
  2. CircleBack displays the view of your Card that your contacts see
  3. Click EDIT
  4. CircleBack displays the editable fields.  They are divided into sections like "Profile" and "Instant Messengers".  You will have to click on the section to get to the editable fields.
  5. Find the field you would like to edit, keeping in mind that you may have to scroll up or down to find it.
  6. Make any changes, additions, etc and click SAVE
  7. CircleBack again displays the view of your Card that your contacts see, however it now displays your updated information.

On the Web

  1. Go to www.circleback.com on your computer
  2. Click on SIGN IN
  3. Sign in to your account
  4. Click on MY CARD
  5. Click on the word EDIT which appears next to the title "My Card"
  6. Make any changes or additions and click SAVE

If you don't see the information you changed on the web appear on your My Card screen on your mobile device within a few seconds, you can just click Refresh (in the top left corner of the mobile app My Card screen) to force refresh your card.
