Because the iPhone only allows one application to run at a time, DUB is unable to run in the background.

Because of this, DUB cannot immediately update your address book like it can on the Blackberry. Instead, each time you open DUB on the iPhone it will look for any changes since the last time you opened it and will update your address book accordingly.

With the release of iPhone OS 3.0 we have integrated Apple's PUSH technology which will prompt you and allow you to open the app to perform the update any time one of your contacts upates their card.
