Currently DUB Contacts allows you to search based on First Name, Last Name, or Organization (Company) name. However, just like the BlackBerry phone address book you must search for whole words starting from their first letter. For example you may search for the full name "Stephen" or the beginning of the name "Ste" but not the end of the name, such as "phen".
