The "String Index Out of Range (-x) error occurs when one or more permissions were incorrectly set during your first use of DUB.

To resolve this issue and update your permissions please follow these steps:

1. Go to your BlackBerry home screen
2. Click on Options (on some BlackBerries you have to go to Settings first)
3. Click on Advanced Options
4. Click on Applications (Applications will be in Options, not Advanced Options, for BlackBerry OS 5.0.0)
5. Find Dub, then hit your menu key and click Edit Permissions
6. Please change all permissions to Allow and hit "Save" in the menu
