Unfortunately, not at this time. DUB is designed to tightly couple your DUB Account with your phone's address book. Signing in with multiple DUB accounts on the same phone will potentially cause syncing and data quality issues....it could also disrupt the space time continuum.

However, we are working on a new version of DUB which will have the capability to have more than one card (one for Business use, one for Personal use, etc.) so keep your eyes open for that!
