On occasion our system generated emails are misinterpreted as SPAM by our user's email clients, which can delay or even block the email. This is more common with work emails than personal ones because the filters tend to be more stringent.
To avoid this, add noreplies@dubmessages.com to your contacts list. You may then return to our website, sign in, and click the resend verification email link.
Typos do happen, so if adding noreplies@dubmessages.com to your safe senders list and requesting a new verification email did not work for you it is possible you accidentally mistyped your email address when you registered.
To resolve this, follow the instructions in the FAQ for "I registered with the wrong email by accident" at http://support.dubmenow.com/forums/65460/entries/55752.
If this does not fix your issue, you can click the link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen to contact our Support Team. They will be happy to help you!
