On your Blackberry device:

1. Open the app and click "I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT"
2. Click the Menu button, then "FORGOT PASSWORD"
3. Enter your email address.  Please enter the same address you used to create your account and click "SEND"
4. Click on the link provided in the e-mail.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Your password has been reset and you should be able to sign in using it!
