Introductions is new in v3. To use it, search to find a contact in the Contacts module, then highlight the contact you want to introduce. Open the BlackBerry menu and click Introduce. Now, you'll see a screen where you can either introduce this contact an Existing Contact in your list or Add a New Contact.

Finally, review the info on the following screen, enter a Personal Message and hit Send.  Both contacts will receive an email from you requesting them to connect and exchange contact info.
